So. Does anyone else watch The Daily Show? I don't watch a lot of television [they aren't all that portable; or at least haven't been until recently] but I do make it a point to watch it... well, daily. I find comedy to be much like the spoonful of sugar that helped the medicine go down and if it's my civic duty to pay some sort of attention to the world around me, I could do much worse than rely upon a jester to show me the emperor hath no clothes.
Why do I bring it up: I'm going to Boston Friday night to go see John Oliver. I am VERY excited to see him live and I also have a second ticket... mostly because the seller online didn't want to try and pawn off one ticket. But I imagined I could find one other person in this school.
So, if you're free Friday evening - it's a 7:30 show - I'd love the company. I was considering the train because I'm sure traffic will be an issue.
